中文摘要 | 先前研究發現,運動訓練導致內生性可體松濃度的上升與運動表現的降低有明顯關聯。本研究目的為探討常態性運動訓練搭配熱水浸泡對不同內生性可體松濃度射箭選手運動表現之影響。研究方法:10 位高中射箭選手以實驗介入前的唾液可體松濃度,依二分法分成低可體松濃度(年齡:16.60±0.40歲,可體松濃度:0.23±0.02ug/dl)與高可體松濃度(年齡:16.40±0.50歲,可體松濃度:0.37±0.03ug/dl)兩組。熱水浸泡介入總共4次,每次間隔3天,水溫約為40~42°C。每回浸泡時間為30分鐘(15分鐘浸泡+5分鐘休息+15分鐘浸泡),最後一次浸泡後3天再測量空腹狀態下之唾液可體松濃度、心律變異度及射箭運動表現。結果:低可體松濃度組在熱水浸泡前的唾液可體松濃度顯著低於高可體松濃度組,但在熱水浸泡介入後,兩組無明顯差異。兩組之射箭運動表現無論是在熱水浸泡前或介入後皆無明顯差異。在心律變異度部分,熱水浸泡對兩組之高頻值(high frequency, HF)、低頻值(low frequency, LF)值及變異度值(variance)皆無顯著影響。結論:本研究結果顯示,內生性可體松濃度較高之射箭選手,並不會因運動訓練期間給予短期(4次)熱水浸泡,而對射箭運動表現與可體松濃度產生較明顯的改善效果;然而,在不同運動項目或提高浸泡次數是否會產生較明顯之效應,仍需要進一步的探討。 |
英文摘要 | Previous evidence has demonstrated that exercise training-induced endogenous cortisol release was closely associated with decline in the exercise performance. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of hot water immersion on exercise performance in archery athletes with different endogenous cortisol levels. Ten high school archery athletes were assigned into either high-cortisol group (age: 16.60 ± 0.40 yrs; cortisol: 0.23 ± 0.02ug/dl) or low-cortisol group (age: 16.40 ± 0.50 yrs; cortisol: 0.37 ± 0.03ug/dl) based on their endogenous cortisol levels prior to the study. The hot water immersion procedure (temperature: 40~42°C; duration: 15min immersion + 5min rest + 15min immersion; each immersion session was repeated for every 3 days) was performed during the regular archery exercise training. The circulating cortisol levels, heart rate variability (HRV) and archery performance were evaluated 3 days after the last immersion session. At the beginning endogenous cortisol levels in subjects with low- and highcortisol groups were significantly different (p<.05), whereas no differences were observed between groups after 4 times hot-water immersion. Moreover, there were no differences in archery performance, high frequency (HF), low frequency (LF), and heart rate variance between low-and high-cortisol groups. Our results demonstrated that the cortisol levels and archery performance in athletes with higher-cortisol level could not be influenced by the hot water immersion during specific archery-training in high school archery athletes. However, hot-water immersion and its benefits in other sports remains need further investigation. |
