中文摘要 | 高科技廠房中廣泛應用高架地板系統,因為它能讓無塵室的空間利用、設備及管路配置動線等規劃達到最佳化。本計畫目的為開發一組固定於高架地板的自動倉儲系統之固定構件。透過振動台實驗了解以下三點:(1)高架地板及自動倉儲系統的原廠設計的耐震能力及地震時的可能破壞模式,(2)自動倉儲系統的破壞行為與種類,(3)並探討自動倉儲系統固定於高架地板上改善方案的可行性。本計畫設計、開發的固定構件,可有效將自動倉儲系統(STK.)與高架地板系統做固定,地震發生時可將設備傾覆、拉拔力等傳遞至二次結構體上,有效降低高架地板損壞率。此次研究所設計開發自動倉儲系統(STK.)系統與高架地板的固定構件,以及自動倉儲系統(STK.)設備於SAP2000之模型,將持續透過電腦分析出整體設備在地震力作用下之影響,期能在未來提供業界做為參考之依據。 |
英文摘要 | In order to optimize plant space, high-tech companies commonly use a high-raised floor to lay out equipment and pipelines. Due to the nature of the second magnification factor caused by earthquakes, a high-raised floor is sensitive to earthquakes. Therefore, the method by which equipment on the high-raised floor is anchored is extremely important. The aim of this study is to develop a group of components for an automated stocker system anchored on the high-raised floor. Through study of the shaking table experiment, we learned: (1) on the high-raised floor and automated stocker system, the original manufacturer's design for shockproof ability and the possibility of damage pattern by earthquake. (2) The damaging behaviour and types of automated stocker systems. (3)Possible improvements to the high-raised floor in the automated stocker system; the team discusses improvement plans or feasibility rules. The results show that the group of components designed and developed by the team can anchor stocker on a high-raised floor effectively. When an earthquake occurs, it can prevent equipment from overturning and transfer the pulling and pushing force to the second structure, and reduce the damage ratio for the high-raised floor. The primary result of the study was the design and development of a group of components for an automated stocker system anchored on a high-raised floor. The team will continue using a computer numerical model to analyze the condition of full-set equipment from an earthquake. Furthermore, this paper may become available as a reference for high-tech companies and related industries in need. |
