中文摘要 | 本研究目的係評估天然林和人工林香杉材部精油及其成分之抗木材腐朽菌活性。試驗結果顯示,天然林香杉材部精油的收率(4.09%)比人工林香杉材部(0.65%)高。另外,利用GCFID和GC-MS分析鑑定2種香杉材部精油成分,發現天然林香杉材部精油以單萜類含氧化合物α-Terpinol和單萜類碳氫化合物α-Pinene為主;而人工林香杉材部精油則以倍半萜類含氧化合物Cedrol和單萜類碳氫化合物α-Pinene為主。另比較2種香杉材部精油對4種木材腐朽菌之抑制效果,以人工林香杉材部精油的抑菌效果最好,對Trametes versicolor和Lenzites betulina 2種白腐菌之半數抑制率分別為24.1μg/mL和84.6μg/mL;對Laetiporus sulphureus和Gloeophyllum trabeum 2種褐腐菌之半數抑制率分別為62.9μg/mL和70.0μg/mL。另外,比較香杉材部精油7種化合物抑制木材腐朽菌之效果,結果顯示,當使用濃度為100μg/mL時,Cedrol對4種木材腐朽菌的抑制效果均不錯,抑菌指數為68.3%-100.0%。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the antifungal activities of extracted essential oils and their major constituents against wood decay fungi were investigated of Cunninghamia konishii from natural forest (NFCK) and plantation forest (PFCK). The results revealed that the yield of wood essential oil of NFCK (4.09%) was higher than PFCK (0.65%). In addition, GC and GC-MS analyses showed that the major compounds of wood essential oil of NFCK were α-terpinol (oxygenated monoterpene compound) and a-pinene (monoterpene hydrocarbon compound); while the major compounds of wood essential oil of PFCK were cedrol (oxygenated sesquiterpene compound) and a-pinene (monoterpene hydrocarbon compound). Antifungal tests demonstrated that the wood essential oil of PFCK had strong antifungal activity against Trametes versicolor, Lenzites betulina, Laetiporus sulphureus and Gloeophyllum trabeum. The IC50 values were 24.1, 84.6, 62.9 and 70.0μg/mL, respectively. In addition, the antifungal performance of seven selected compounds in C. konishii wood essential oil was also examined. The results revealed that cedrol exhibited the strongest activity against four wood decay fungi amongst the seven compounds tested, with antifungal indices of 68.3%-100.0% at the concentration of 100μg/mL. |
