中文摘要 | 隨著科技及醫藥的進步,老年人口比例在許多國家逐日上升,老化既是現實,為維持身心健康,持續從事規律且正確的運動是讓高齡者活的健康而有尊嚴的不二法門。大部份老年人患有退化性關節炎,許多陸上運動因重力關係若姿勢不正確,往往會造成其負擔;水中有氧運動是經醫生建議及研究證實,可有效促進高齡者身心健康,同時在運動過程中所造成之負擔也是相對較輕微的。本創作藉由探討人們持續從事固定形態活動之成因,以增加運動之功效,並在研究中發現成因源自於事件活動中的愉悅感受,且與自我滿足之成就感具有重大關聯,因此先透過文獻調查搜集愉悅感受的成因與高齡產品設計準則及國際標準等資料加以整理,輔以市場上現有的水中有氧輔具產品作為參照,提出高齡者水中有氧運動輔具設計要點如下:(1)需回饋使用者操作成效(2)需能直覺地操作及穿戴(包含阻力的調整)(3)具備易收納之特性之材質及機構本創作以使用者中心為本,運用焦點團體法與間接觀察法,驗證提出之設計要點與使用者需求;而後進行概念設計,並廣泛參與國內外著名設計競賽,藉以實證此概念與設計要點之價值。綜上所述,證實此要點可作為未來從事高齡者水中有氧運動相關輔具設計時之參考資料,並據以進行產品設計。進而達到提升高齡者從事運動之持續性,以減緩生理機能上的退化,促進高齡者的身心機能健康。 |
英文摘要 | The proportion of the elderpopulation in many countries rises because of the technology and medical progress inrecent years. Keeping frequent exercise is the only way for the elderly to live with health and dignity. Lots of the senior citizen suffer from degenerative arthritis and thus, the injury within incorrect posture due to gravityoccurs more in land sports. Water aerobics is therefore more recommended by doctors and been proved effectiveness for the elderly to promote one's own physical and mental health in many researches. In comparison with other sport, water aerobics takes lighter burden. To increase the effectiveness of exercise, the research investigates the causes encouraging people continuously engage in activities. Through the study, we found out the cause is derived from the pleasure of the event and significantly associated with self-satisfaction. The literature review includes the forming of pleasure, the characteristics of pleasure product design, physical and mental function features of the product for the senior citizen and design guidelines of international standards (ISO/IEC guide 71)and so on. Along with the reference of existing available aquatic assist device, we conclude the design guidelinesof aquatic assist device for the senior citizen as follows: (1) Feedback of effectiveness, (2) Easy operation and flexibility in adjusting exercise resistance, (3) Convenience in movability Thisis a User-centered Design.In which to validate design features and user requirements by using focus groups and indirect observation;In order to empirical concepts and design principles that participated the designcompetitions far and wide. In summary, it was confirmed that this point can be used as reference material in the future engage in elderly aquatic aerobics related assist devices. Thus to improve the elderly engaged in the ongoing movement to slow the degradation of the physiological function and promote healthy elderly person's physical and mental functioning. |
