中文摘要 | 臺南市政府交通局致力於推動智慧交通系統 (Intelligent Transportation System)以解決交通問題,本計畫以國 1高速公路永康交流道下匘道及典橫交幹道 (台 1線-中正北路 )為示範區域,進行區域協控模式 (Area Traffic Control Model)的建構臻驗證。為維持號誌群組運作之穩定,並確保號誌群組內及群組間的連鎖關係,敀以動態查表 (Dynamic ToD)做為號誌控制方式,並以下匘道車流量及壅塞指標作為模式之參數依據。本計畫依區域協控模式實作 web化區域交控平台,並進行實地測試。針對區域協控策略實施前後之運輸效能及效率指標分別進行比較分析,本計畫所實施之區域協控策略確實具有紓緩出口匘道車流壅塞,並維持平面幹道順暢及確保整體路網均衡運作的目的。 |
英文摘要 | Bureu of Transportation, Tainan City Government, is devoted to promote Intelligent Transportation System to solve the traffic problems. This project takes highway ramp as a demonstration for the construction and validation of Area Traffic Control Model.In order to maintain the stable operation of traffic signal group and ensure the linkage within traffic signal group and between groups, Dynamic ToD is used for controlling signals and the off-ramp traffic flow and Congestion Index are the Parameters basis of the model.This project develop web platform by Area Traffic Control model and field testing. Comparing and analyzing transportation performance and efficiency indicators before and after the implement of Area Traffic Control, the implement of Area Traffic Control strategy has the purpose of releasing the off-ramp traffic congestion and maintain plane road smooth and ensure the balance operation of whole road network. |
