中文摘要 | 中鋼軋鋼二廠熱軋鋼帶酸洗塗油產線係使用靜電塗油機對酸洗完之熱軋鋼帶噴塗防鏽油,防鏽油膜的均勻性對鋼帶防蝕效果至關重要,塗油不均勻將造成鋼帶局部塗油量過多或不足。本文介紹中鋼採用反射式紅外線探頭,自行開發線上油膜厚度量測儀,用以自動量測及監控塗油品質,並偵測塗油不均現象。透過探討靜電塗油的機制與影響因子,採用田口實驗設計法找出塗油刀隙、高程、均佈輥材質較佳的操作參數,以逆向工程建立塗油刀的構造尺寸,並對刀隙的均勻性與供油元件進行改善後,有效改善塗油不均的問題。 |
英文摘要 | In order to avoid rusting on CSC Pickling and Oiling Line an antirust oil layer is coated on both sides of pickled steel by using electrostatic oiler. For a perfect protective layer, the critical factor is uniformity of the coating layer. This article describes a new on-line film thickness measuring technique developed by CSC. By using reflective infrared probe, this on-line system can measure and monitor antirust oil film thickness automatically. We thoroughly studied the electrostatic oiling mechanism and tuned the oil blade gap, level, oil wringer roll material to optimal condition. We successfully solved the uneven coating problem by using reverse engineering method to establish the dimension of the oil blade and improved uniformity of blade gap and oiler parts. |
