| 中文摘要 | 隨著國民生活水準的提升,城市已不能按照過去的方式來治理。尤其面對世界的城市對手,應該具備一些提升競爭力的要素,創意是一大重要項目。但是,究竟一個有創意的城市應具備哪些要素?同時衡量城市競爭力的指標又有哪些項目? 本文首先解釋為何城市需要具備競爭力,再深入分析不同屬性的城市及構成要素。再透過對當前創意和城市競爭力指標之分析,將創意城市競爭力的指標內容分成基本指標和卓越指標,同時認為創意城市競爭力指標的建構應包括這些要素。創意城市競爭力是一種相對的意涵,因此在這些要素間,需要建構要素之獨立性,再根據個別構面的特性,以權重方式增強競爭的優勢。最後,本文對未來創意城市競爭力指標之建構提供建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | As living standards improve, the past way of city governance has to change. When facing other cities in the world, cities should enhance competitiveness using some factors, creativity is an essence among them. But what essences should a creative city have? And what are the criteria that used to measure city competitiveness? This work first explains why cities need competitiveness, and further analyzes different attributes and elements of different cities. This work also divides indices of creative city competitiveness into the creativity excellence, and with which to construct a creative city. Because indices of creative city competitiveness have relativity, this work considers to construct interactive association among them. Among these elements need to construct elements of independence, according to the characteristics of the individual dimensions, weights ways to enhance their competitive advantage. Finally, this work demonstrates suggestions for the future construction of creative city competitiveness indicators. |
