中文摘要 | 背景:老年人住院率隨著人口的老化日益增多,現今忙碌的臨床護理,缺乏考量老化的生理變化而設計不同的健康指導方式,導致成效不佳。目的:本專案旨在對老年住院病人高血壓健康指導成效不佳進行改善。方法:經兩個月,收集30位個案調查原因,依現況擬定改善措施,改良健康指導方式,採多媒體指導策略、規劃播放器材及內容、修定指導單張,並因應單位硬體設備限制,改善播放器材。結果:專案成果顯示:僅花費5分鐘,但知識進步率達48.4%、行為增加率29.9%,滿意度達80%。結論:專案成果顯示:僅花費5分鐘,但知識進步率達48.4%、行為增加率29.9%,滿意度達80%。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Elderly hospitalization rate is increasing with the aging of the population. The nurses are very busy, therefore, the lack of consideration of the physiological changes of aging and health guidance, lead to poor quality of care.Purpose: This project aims to improve the health education for elderly patients with hypertension.Methods: The collection data of 30 cases were studied within two months. There are many ways developed to improve care, including health guidance, use multimedia as instructional strategies, planning, play equipment and content, revised guidance and renew unit hardware equipment.Results: This planning showed that: it takes only 5 minutes to teach, however, the rate knowledge increasing 48.4%, the positive behavior growth increase 29.9%, satisfaction achieved to 80%.Conclusion: The effects of the implementation of media education are successful. It could be extended to other guidance and the care for other elderly patients in order to enhance the effectiveness of health education in the future. |
