中文摘要 | 基隆市八斗子北寧路一帶於2013年8月31日13時30分至16時30分期間,出現每小時94.5公厘之高強度的降雨現象,導致台2線68K處於16時19分左右,發生落石擊毀小客車之意外。本次落石岩塊之尺寸約為4.5公尺 × 3.5公尺 × 3.5公尺,重量約為150噸,屬於大寮層之塊狀砂岩。從現地調查結果顯示,本區域為逆向坡之型態,具有兩組近乎垂直之節理面,一組走向N72°W,向北傾斜88°,約略平行於海岸線,另一組走向N16°E,向南傾斜88°則約略垂直於海岸線,而層面之走向約為N81°E,向南傾斜8°。三組發達的不連續面,將整個塊狀砂岩組成的坡體切割成不同之幾何模狀,在雨水及地表水長期入滲及侵蝕作用下,不連續面間出現嚴重之風化現象,因此在高強度降雨及大量地表逕流沖刷下,產生岩塊崩解及墜落之事件。本次發生落石之運動歷程大致可分為滾動、墜落、彈跳、滾動等四個部分,歷時約23秒。透過現地落石之路徑模擬分析,以及可能之影響範圍,可以提供給防治工法施作之參考。 |
英文摘要 | A high intensity rainfall invent occurred on August 31st, 2013 and several rockfall caused the damages at Badouzih, Keelung. One of the gigantic rockfall which measured 4.5 m × 3.5 m × 3.5 m, almost 150 tons hit a car and caused damages. According to the field investigation, there are two major joints. One is N72°W/88°N, which approximately parallel to the coast line, the other is N16°E/88°S, which approximately perpendicular to the coast line. With the joints and beddings, the slope was cut into blocky rocks. As the rainfall water infiltrated into these fractures continuously, weathering process was sped up and lead to numerous disasters. During the high intensity rainfall (94.5 mm/hr), mounts of seepages eroded the matrix away, causing the failure of rock blocks. The kinetic process of rockfall was analyzed and could be divided into 4 steps including roll, fall, bounce and roll, which taking about 23 seconds. This article also analyses the path of the rockfall and tries to identify the infected area, providing the suggestion to reduce disasters. |
