中文摘要 | 目的:探討教練選手關係在知覺與喜愛教練領導行為的一致性對選手的無動機之預測的中介效果。方法:本研究以大專競技系(組)為研究對象,採分層抽樣的方式選取76位選手(平均年齡21.5 ± 2.2),以中文版的運動動機量表之無動機分量表(林季燕、季力康,2003)、知覺教練領導行為(陳其昌,1993)與教練選手關係(季力康、陳思羽、葉允棋、江衍宏,2013)為施測工具,並以多元迴歸分析檢驗教練選手關係在知覺與喜愛教練領導行為的一致性對選手的無動機之預測的中介效果。結果:知覺教練領導行為的一致性能有效地預測教練選手關係的親近性、承諾感與互補性。但是知覺教練領導行為一致性對選手的無動機之預測上並無顯著的預測力,因此教練選手關係的中介效果並不存在。結論:以理論推衍,知覺教練領導行為一致性與教練選手關係應對選手的無動機有預測能力,在本研究中卻無法證實此預測力,需有更多相關研究釐清教練行為、教練選手關係對負面認知、情意、行為的預測力。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: to investigate how the consistency of the perception on relationship between coaches and players and the degree of favoring coaches' leadership behavior plays the mediating role in predicting athlete's amotivation. Methods: Stratified sampling method was used to sample 76 student-athletes (average age is 21.5 ± 2.2) from the athletic department. Chinese version of Sport motivation scale (Lin & Chi, 2003), perception of coaches' leadership behaviors (Chang, 1993) and the coach-athlete relationship questionnaire(Chi, Chen, Ye, & Jiang, 2013) was applied as measurement tools in this study. The multiple regression analysis is used to test the mediating effect of the consistency of the perception on relationship between coaches and players and the consistency of favoring coaches' leadership behavior motivation, in predicting the players' amotivation. Results: this study showed the consistency of the perception of coaches' leadership behavior can predict the closeness, commitment and complementarity in the coach-athlete relationship. However, the consistency of the perception of coaches' leadership behavior shows no significant effect on predicting the athlete's amotivation and the mediating effect of the coach-athlete relationship does not exist. Conclusion: from theoretical deduction, the consistency of perceived coaches' leadership behaviors and coach-athlete relationship should have the predicting ability on athletes' amotivation. Yet, this research is not able to support this theoretical deduction. Implication and suggestions from the findings were made for the advancement of better understanding in the coaches' leadership behavior, the coach-athlete relationship and athletes' amotivation in sports. |
