中文摘要 | 台灣研究指出在偏鄉、女性單親家庭、教育程度低落及戶內依賴人口過多是導致落入貧窮(poverty)的各項因素。然有福利依賴(welfare dependency)研究指出男性戶長之貧戶在獲得社會救助後其「貧窮惡化」的機率比女性戶長之貧戶高。女性戶長即便没有能力翻轉貧戶身分,但相較男性戶長其福利依賴的情況較輕微。這樣的分析結果與財團法人博幼社會福利基金會十一年來在台灣偏鄉從事補救教學,鼓勵並培訓社區內單親媽媽成為課輔老師所展現出來的充權(empowerment)工作經驗相符。本研究先提出博幼基金會散布台灣偏鄉與社區民眾合作成立課輔中心的策略發展為經,再針對單親媽媽成為課輔老師的生命經驗進行半結構式訪談為緯,藉此研析此一非營利組織之「同村教養」經營策略究竟如何協助偏鄉單親母親家庭(mother-only families)成員自喪偶或離婚的狀態中逐步復原。研究發現博幼基金會所採取的「同村教養」經營策略,長遠目標是協助位處偏鄉的單親母親成為一個典型工作受僱者(typical employee),一方面除能解決經濟上的需求;另一方面亦能處理單親媽媽工作與孩子教養無法兼顧的問題;最後也重要的是,當課輔老師是偏鄉的單親媽媽時,與母親共同學習的氛圍亦增加了單親母親與其孩子間交互正面回饋力量的機會,為下一代埋下脫離貧窮的希望種籽。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan studies indicate female single parent families, low levels of education and households rely on overpopulation is leading to poverty. Welfare dependency studies showed that male heads of households in access to social assistance to families with their "poverty" than female-headed families with high probability. Female heads of household poverty even without the ability to flip, but compared to male heads of households of their welfare dependency is relatively minor. The analysis experience consistently with the boyo social welfare fund for 11 years engage in remedial instruction, single mother, encouraged and trained in the community to become secondary teachers in Taiwan. This research first made Boyo Foundation spread Taiwan partial Township and cooperated with community people established Center. Second, interviewed single mother’s life experience to become teacher . by "Raising with village" strategy how non-profit organization assists mother-only families members since widowed or divorce in the gradually recovery. Research found Boyo Foundation "Raising with village" strategy, long-term target made single mother a typical worker, while settled economic needs; also could take care of their children. Last but not the least, when teacher is single mother, learning with mother also adds opportunities between single mothers and their children for positive feedback. |
