| 中文摘要 | 汽車馬達外殼之熱傳導性質對於散熱影響甚大。為了開發具有良好熱傳導性質之鋁合金,本研究使用熱平板法量測,探討0-14 wt.%矽對於鋁矽合金熱傳導性質之影響,建立符合實際的估算模式。實驗結果顯示,隨著矽含量增加,熱傳導率從99.8%純鋁的213.5 W/m.K下降至Al-6 wt.% Si的161.3W/m.K,在Al-8~14 wt.% Si間呈154-157 W/m.K持平的現象;在顯微組織方面,當鋁矽合金中的矽含量低於4 wt.%時,矽以板片形式晶出,隨著Si含量增加,漸漸地以Al-Si共晶相為主,當超過共晶點(12.2 wt.%)時,則為過共晶成分組織。根據顯微組織的觀察,可將Al-Si合金以矽含量為0-4 wt.%、4-12 wt.%以及12-20 wt.%以上三個部分進行模擬,結合Effective Medium Approximations中的三種混合模式,本研究之估算值與量測值可以獲得最佳的吻合。估算的結果顯示顯微組織中,相組成排列與形狀對熱導率影響顯著。 |
| 英文摘要 | Thermal conductivity of motor housing has great influence on heat dissipation. In order to develop new die-cast aluminum alloys with adequate thermal conductivity, thermal conductivities of Al-0~14 wt.% Si alloys are investigated. Hot disk technique is employed to make thermal conductivity measurements. The result shows that the thermal conductivity decreases with silicon from 213.5 W/m.K in 99.8% purity aluminum to 161.3 W/m.K in Al-6 wt.% Si. It is further observed that the thermal conductivity stays at a nearly constant level of 154-157 W/m.K for Al-8~14 wt.%Si alloys. Si phase is found to be present in form of plates when Si content is lower than 4 wt.%. As the Si content increases, microstructures of Al-Si alloys gradually appear eutectic microstructures. When Si addition is over the eutectic concentration of 12 wt.%, blocky Si is observed in the hypereutectic microstructures. We divided Al-Si alloys into Al-0~4 wt.% Si, Al-4~12 wt.% Si and Al-12~20 wt.% Si, respectively, for simulations. By means of Effective Medium Approximations, we achieve optimal simulation predications. The distribution and shape of phases in microstructures remarkably affect thermal conductivities of Al-Si alloys. |
