中文摘要 | 《原住民族教育法》1是台灣第一部原住民族專門法,1998 年公佈施行後已超 過15 年,原住民族教育在政府政策主導以及經費資源支持下,研究數量已經明顯增加。1998 年《原住民族教育法》的頒行,應該是民族教育的大轉向。而學者譚光鼎所蒐集之1952 至1996 年之台灣原住民教育研究論文目錄及伊萬納威,《近三十年來的台灣原住民族研究(1981-2010)》一文中,皆論及原住民教育研究論文的類別及數量。本研究在前述研究基礎上就歷史的觀點,整理研究相關文獻﹔加上親身參與經驗,如接受原住民族教育師資的培育及擔任國民中學校長一職等,對原住民族教育,進行一種回顧式的綜合探討,並瞭解其發展趨勢。因此本文特別以原住民族教育機構的創設與經營:如「缺乏專責推動單位」、「原住民教育體制的設立」、「原住民教育實驗學校的發想」﹔原住民教育之教材與師資:如「原住民族語言教材的出現」、「原住民族教育師資的培育」、「校長由原住民擔任的遴選爭議」等,作為本研究的 重要分析課題。 |
英文摘要 | The Aboriginal EducationAct is a special law of TaiwanAboriginal. Promulgation in 1998, hasmore than 15 years, Aboriginal education in government policy-led support and funding resources, the number of studies has increased significantly. "Aboriginal Education Law enacted in 1998, is a big turn of national education. Scholars Tan Guangding collected from 1952 to 1996, the Taiwan Aboriginal education research paper catalog and Ivan Neville, the last three decades of the Taiwan Aboriginal Studies (1981-2010), "a paper are addressed aboriginal educationthe type and quantity of research papers. In this study, on the basis of the aforementioned studies the historical point of view, finishing the research literature; plus person involved in the experience, such as to accept the cultivation ofAboriginal Education teacher and served as a junior high school principals, Aboriginal Education conducted a retrospective explore and understand the trends.
