中文摘要 | 現有規範對公路邊坡之調查、穩定分析以及設計未能明訂項目內容,國內各單位於執行相關工作時,亟需統一標準作為依據,宜制訂公路邊坡調查與穩定分析項目條文以作為後續相關工作執行依據。本規範(草案)編修以考量工程類別分級及工程設施全生命週期為原則,並符合國際規範趨勢,本規範(草案)亦參考香港及歐盟規範進行條文撰寫。 公路邊坡之設計從規劃階段、設計階段到施工階段應有不同範圍、不同密度之調查及其注意事項,本文中對於工址調查之重點、地下水位之調查、地質調查之精度皆有詳述,目的在於對邊坡可能的破壞行為有全面的了解。此外,依據坡體地層、材料特性、性能規定及分類,可能滑動面及滑動型式分為土壤邊坡及岩石邊坡兩大類。並要求邊坡穩定分析能反應邊坡潛在滑動之破壞型式及不同設計類別與各項不確定因素之考量。 |
英文摘要 | The contents of current codes and practices are not sufficient concerning site investigation, stability analysis, and design of mitigation measures for the highway slopes. It is in urgent need for drafting codes to meet the need of related government agencies and practitioners. In this draft code, the concepts of categorizations of highway and life cycle of facilities were adopted to ensure the consistency of levels of slope stability and proper functioning of facilities. The trend of variations in international practicing codes was reviewed, and the related codes of GEO, Hong Kong, and the Euro Code were referred. The contents of the site investigation are implemented on investigation requirements of geological properties, ground water, and potential failure condition, to meet the need of planning, design, and construction stages. The slope failure is classified into soil slopes and rock slopes according to the properties of the geo-material. The stability analysis should be conducted properly to reflect the characteristics of potential failure conditions and category of slops, and to take into account the factor of uncertainties. |
