| 中文摘要 | 本研究使用十一種間接估計法及生活史參數資訊,估算台灣高屏溪、中國廣東珠江、福建荻蘆溪、江蘇長江以及日本濱名湖地區日本鰻(Anguilla japonica)自然死亡率之平均值、標準差以及可能範圍。這些地區日本鰻之自然死亡率在每年0.31至0.78之間,而且在所有研究地區之日本鰻中,不同間接法之自然死亡率估值有明顯方法間之變異性。在資料不足以直接法估計自然死亡率之情況下,可應用本研究之方式,綜合所有適合目標物種之間接估計法,求取自然死亡率之可能數值,同時也可取得此估值之可能變異數、範圍及分布型態。之後並可將這些資訊整合進族群評估模式中,提供更可靠之評估結果。 |
| 英文摘要 | Eleven indirect methods were applied to provide information about the mean, variance, and range of natural mortality (M) of Japanese eel (Anguilla japonica) from the Kao-Ping River in Taiwan, Pearl River, Qiulu River and Yangtze River in China and Hamana Lake in Japan. The mean of M varied from 0.31 to 0.78 year-1 and considerable between-methods variation and wide ranges were found for all regions examined. Under data-poor situations, proposed approach can provide an initial value for the mean of M as well as information about its variance, range and possible distribution shape, which can be incorporated into subsequent assessments of population dynamics. |
