中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於探討中部某區域教學醫院出院準備服務之滿意度分析,以做為醫院改善出院準備服務品質的參考依據。研究的對象為中部地區某區域教學醫院之腦中風就診及有住院記錄的患者及其主照顧者,合格樣本之樣本數各60名。問卷施測的方法採親訪問卷,施測期間為民國99年11月至民國100年2月。研究架構分為中風患者之人口學特質、主照顧者之人口學特質、出院準備服務之滿意度三部份。研究結果顯示,中風患者的性別主要以男性居多佔70.0%,其年齡分佈為43至88歲,教育程度以國中以下者居多共41人佔68.3%。主要照顧者的性別主要以女性居多佔67.4%,其年齡分佈為23至80歲,教育程度以高中(職)以上者居多佔53.5%(32人)。針對高齡的中風患者(≧60),醫院須加強衛教指導服務(3.6±0.7)、醫療輔助物的租購(3.5±1.0)與緊急狀況處理(3.5±0.9);年齡層較低的患者(<60)則須加強社福與轉介服務(3.4±0.5)。就主照顧者的建議而言,中高齡主照顧者(≧50)的建議是加強經濟問題協助(3.0±1.0)、照護機構分析(3.3±1.0)、轉介資訊提供S與社工人員的協助(3.1±0.8)等。就滿意度之整體分析而言,醫院應特別加強的部分是衛教指導服務,特別是醫療輔助物的租購與緊急狀況處理的協助,並適時提供轉介資訊以協助中風患者照護品質。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the patient satisfaction for discharge planning services of hospital. The eligible subjects are stroke patients and their primary caregivers with treatment records in a central training hospital, a total of 60 samples were evaluated by the interviewing questionnaires, and the test period was November 2008 to February 2009. The conceptual frame divided into four parts as following as stroke patient demography, primary caregiver demography, satisfaction analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results show that 60% samples were male, the age ranged from 43 to 88 years old and the major education was junior high-school (68.3%). For the caregiver analysis, 67.4% were female; age ranged from 23 to 80 years old and the major education was high school (53.5%, 32 cases). For satisfaction analysis, respondents (patients and primary caregivers) for the service quality of hospital staff was satisfactory, the overall satisfaction was nearly satisfactory level. Moreover for some elder stroke patients (>=60), the hospital need to strengthen the service of health guide (3.6±0.7), assistive device rent service (3.5±1.0), emergence service (3.5±0.9). To patients with lower age (<60) it was to strengthen social welfare and referral services (3.4±0.5). For primary caregivers (age more than 50), the results show to strengthen the economic helps (3.0±1.0), the estimation for care facilities (3.3±1.0), the referral information service (3.5±0.6) and the social worker helps (3.1±0.8). Meanwhile, the results also showed that have a significant positive correlation (β=0.47) for improving the ADL effectiveness and the rehabilitation guide from hospital, it indeed promote the health of stroke patients if in a particular health guide services. According to the results, we suggest that hospitals they need to improve the health guide service, especially in the rent of medical aids and the help of emergency services. Furthermore to supply the referral information for helping of healthcare quality is better. |
