中文摘要 | 目的:比較使用光速摩卡圈 (MOKA, MK) 與呼拉圈 (Hula Hoop, HL) 時的動作特性與運動強度差異。方法:18位健康女性(21.9 ± 1.8歲)隨機分別使用MK與HL三分鐘。使用Motion Analysis動作影像分析系統分析各項運動學參數。利用CARDIOsport GT5心率錶紀錄受試者運動時心跳率變化的情形。以相依樣本t檢定比較兩種訓練環在各依變項之間的差異。結果:使用HL時的髖關節活動角度範圍以及保留心跳率皆顯著大於MK (p < .05),而動作頻率則無顯著差異。結論:相較於MK,使用HL時會有較大的髖關節活動範圍與運動強度,但對於動作頻率則無顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: To compare the difference of movement characteristics and exercise intensity between MOKA (MK) and Hula Hoop (HL). Methods: Eighteen healthy females randomly used MOKA and Hula Hoop 3 minutes, respectively. Motion Analysis System was used to analyze all kinematic parameters. Cardiosport GT5 heart rate monitor was used to record heart rate during movements. The paired t-test was used to analyze the difference between MK and HL in dependent variables. Results: HL had significantly greater than MK in hip range of movement and heart rate reserved (p < .05); Movement frequency was no significant difference between MK and HL. Conclusion: Use of HL has greater than MK in hip range of movement and exercise intensity, but movement frequency is no significant difference. |
