中文摘要 | 本文針對多重狀態的專案網絡(multistate project network , MPN) 提出所謂 「專案可靠度(project reliability)」的績效指標,其指專案是否能於時間與預算限 制下完成的機率。研究過程中採用箭線圖(activity-on-arc, AOA)來代表MPN,而 根據最小路徑(minimal path)的概念,我們發展出兩種演算法以分別找出能同時滿 足專案時間與預算要求之期間向量的上下界,緊接著透過這些上下界期間向量來 計算專案可靠度,此可靠度可作為專案時間與成本取捨的決策依據。本文採用一 個簡單的案例來顯現此專案可靠度評估方法的執行程序,也透過營建專案的個案 來證明所提方法的可用性,進而詮釋了專案可靠度的重要性。 |
英文摘要 | For a multistate project network (MPN), this paper proposes a performance index, called project reliability, which is the probability that a project can be successfully completed subject to both time and budget constraints. The MPN is represented in the form of AOA (activity-on-arc) diagram. Based on the concept of minimal path, two algorithms are respectively developed to find upper and lower limit duration vectors which satisfy both time and budget constraints. Subsequently, the project reliability is evaluated in terms of such upper and lower limit duration vectors. Such an index can be a decision factor of the trade-off between the given time and budget. A simple example is utilized to illustrate the procedure of the project reliability evaluation. A construction project is addressed to demonstrate the practicability of the proposed approach. The importance of the project reliability is discussed as well. |
