中文摘要 | 石墨烯具有優異的電學、熱學與力學特性,近年來一直是眾所矚目的焦點,而且在電子元件、複合材料、氣體感測器與能源儲存等應用領域皆有突破性發展。在眾多的能源儲存元件中,超級電容具有高功率密度、快速充放電、高循環壽命、無污染、免維護等優點,在混合電源系統、再生能源儲能系統、高功率脈衝電源等,超級電容都有無可取代的地位,因此無論在汽車、電力、鐵路、通訊、軍事、工業應用、消費性電子產品等方面皆有著極大的應用價值與市場潛力。目前研究報告顯示,石墨烯本身優異的高比表面積與豐富的中孔結構,使石墨烯超級電容的能量密度與功率密度大幅提升,相信石墨烯超級電容於儲能的應用將是指日可待。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years Graphene, having excellent electrical, thermal and mechanical properties, applied for electronic components, composites, gas sensors and energy storage has been an attractive attention. Among the much energy storage, the supercapacitor exhibits a high power density, fast charge and discharge, high cycle life, no pollution sources and non-maintenance. In the field of hybrid power systems, renewable energy storage systems, high-power pulsed power supplies, the supercapacitor has an irreplaceable position. Therefore, the supercapacitor used in the car, electricity, railways, communications, military, industrial, consumer electronic products appear a great application value and market potential. Present research reports show that graphene itself presents superior high specific surface area and graphene-supercapacitor energy density and power density increased significantly due to its pore structure. We believe graphene-supercapacitor energy storage applications will be just around the corner. |
