中文摘要 | 目標:本研究旨在瞭解臺北地區大學生吸菸、飲酒、嚼食檳榔及非法藥物等四類成癮物質使用現況,並探討社會人口學變項對大學生的成癮物質影響。方法:針對臺北市、新北市30所公、私立大學及科技大學等日間部大學生為研究對象,隨機抽取10所學校,發出1,300份問卷,有效樣本數共為1,140份,回收率為87.6%。結果:成癮物質使用情形,61%比率大學生有飲酒;17%有吸菸情形,5.1%曾嚼食檳榔、2.0%曾經用過成癮藥物。再以多元迴歸分析大學生社會人口學變項對成癮物質的影響,結果顯示,性別、家庭結構、就讀學校類型對吸菸有顯著影響;性別、家庭收入、籍貫、就讀學校類型等對飲酒有顯著影響;性別、籍貫、就讀學校類型和就讀年級等對嚼食檳榔有顯著影響;性別、家庭結構、母親職業、居住地區、就讀學校類型和就讀年級等對成癮藥物使用有顯著影響。建議:根據結果,本研究將大學生的成癮物質使用情形,提出若干建議給個人、學校、及教育相關的支持系統進行預防工作。 |
英文摘要 | Objectives: This study examined the patterns and Relationships of Socio-demographic Characteristics of substance use (smoking, alcohol consumption, betel-quid chewing, and drug abuse) among college students of the Greater Taipei area. Methods: Of 1300 college students who were randomly selected from the study area according to a multistage stratified systematic sampling design, 1140 (87.6%) students were successfully interviewed with the use of a structured questionnaire. Data on substances use and socio-demographic status were collected. Results: The prevalence rates of alcohol consumption, smoking, betel-quid chewing, and used drugs were 61.0%, 17.5, 5.1%, and 1.6%, respectively. Multiple regressions revealed there were significant factors associated with smoking: sex, family structure, the school type. Several risk factors associated with Alcohol consumption; sex, household income, native place, the school type. The Sex, native place, the school type, and grade of study were significant factors associated with betel-quid chewing. The sex, family structure, occupation of mother, country of resident, school type and a grade of study were significant factors associated with used drugs. Conclusion: The findings of this research suggested that individual and school, educational support system should be taking into account in substance abuse prevention program. |
