| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要是利用無閥式幫浦的概念並結合迴路式系統的原理,設計製作壓差式迴路式均熱片(Pressure-difference Loop Heat Spreader, PDLHS),藉由噴嘴與擴 大器的搭配使用,使工作流體在進口與出口間產生相對的壓力差,利用此壓力差 達到工作流體流進流出的目的,使的整體元件在只需熱能輔助下能持續不間斷的作動。 此計劃之壓差式迴路式均熱片利用PDMS(聚二甲基矽氧烷)為主要結構,由於 PDMS熱傳導係數極低,因此在加熱端及冷凝端部分另加上銅塊以利傳導,搭配溫度量測器詳細記錄加熱端及冷凝端溫度的變化,由於PDMS為透明的材質,亦可直接觀察壓差式迴路式均熱片整體的作動情形。結果發現,壓差式迴路式均熱片最佳熱阻值發生在1.7W時,熱阻為18.8 °C/W。 |
| 英文摘要 | This project adopts the concept of value-less pump and integrates the principle of the loop to design a new Pressure-difference Loop Heat Spreader, PDLHS. By the collocation of nozzle and diffuser, the pressure- difference will be generated between the inlet and outlet and make the working fluid running. The whole device can also work continually by the heat.This study utilizes the PDMS as the main structure, and the copper material is set on the evaporator and the condenser due to the PDMS has lower thermal conductivity. Besides we also use the temperature measurement to record the variation of temperature and we will find out the phenomenon of the boiling and circulation after the flow visualization. The result shows the Pressure-difference Loop Heat Spreader has the best thermal resistance is 18.8 °C/W when it is 1.7W. |
