中文摘要 | 在商業流程中,Six Sigma是種為了減少不良率且以資料為導向的方法。如果在任何商業或流程過程中,測量出多少不良率或失敗率,就能尋找出有系統的方法解決問題並消除它們,這就是它的基本原則。因此,Six Sigma突破策略的重點是強調減少循環時間和改善消費者滿意度,以決定最適水準和服務品質的成本。 本文,以另一能力指標組合,闡釋說明診斷六標準差品質水準的準則分析,以決定是否滿足製程能力要求。另外,為了能更適用於一般高科技產業的情況下,讓使用者能快速瞭解使用,我們亦提供一套透過多能力指標組合的準則分析,以增強其決策能力,並提供在6σ管理的過程中,且允許製程中心不超過目標值1.5σ下,這種績效指標轉換成(C(下標 p), C(下標 pm))能力指標組合的準則,以及當品質水準為±Kσ且在μ=T和μ≠T下分別對應的指標值與ppm。 |
英文摘要 | Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology to reduce defects in business processes. The principal basis of the Six Sigma methodology is that if you can measure how many defects or failures any business or process has, you can find ways to systematically eliminate them. Six Sigma breakthrough strategies emphasizes the importance of reducing cycle time and improving customer satisfaction in determining optimal levels and costs of service quality. In this paper, focuses on the elucidation of the "Six-Sigma process quality", by another process capability index C(subscript pm), to decide whether a given process meets the capability requirement under quality control. Further, to rapidly facilitate in more general situations suitable for engineers to apply, we also provide a comprehensive set of across multiple process indices matches criteria analysis and by rendering enhanced decision-making ability, corresponding the indices values of C(subscript p), C(subscript pm) and ppm to a ± Kσ, with μ=T, μ≠T, and to a shifted process ±Kσ, with the indices values of match (Cp,Cpm). |
