中文摘要 | 志願服務人力的運用過程中,志工教育訓練是一項重要的工作。本文延續2011年以焦點訪談法訪問現職志工之研究,以2013年國立歷史博物館新進志工為研究對象,探討其參與動機並利用問卷調查法分析新進志工在接受職前基本訓練後,對於教育訓練的看法與培訓內容需求,作為未來博物館志工訓練課程規劃的參考。研究結果顯示,2013年新進志工參與動機多數是希望達到自我成長,經過20小時的職前訓練後,志工們覺得最有幫助的課程分別是「博物館介紹」以及「志工服務倫理與法規」,另外,對日後的教育訓練的需求分別是「館藏文史課程」、「博物館特展課程」、「博物館學課程」以及「解說與導覽技巧」課程。本文最後參照2011年之研究結果,發現史博館志工對教育訓練的需求非常一致,皆希望加強「專業課程」。 |
英文摘要 | In the process of making use of volunteer resource, the training of volunteers is an important work. Taking the new-recruit volunteers of the National Museum of History (NMH) in 2013 as research objects by the questionnaire survey, and as a continuation of previous research 2011 to senior volunteers, this study inquires into the volunteers' participation motive and the needs of the training after they completed pre-service training program. This study aims to serve as a reference for future planning. The results show that the majority of 2013 new-recruit volunteers' motive of participation is self-growth. After 20 hours of pre-service training, the volunteers feel that the most helpful courses are "museum presentation" and "volunteer ethics and regulations"; as for the future training needs, most volunteers choose "museum collection courses," "museum exhibition courses," "museology courses," and "interpretation skills course." This latest study will combine the results in 2011 according to the above-mentioned research results and put forward relevant suggestions. |
