中文摘要 | 本研究於2010-2012年在台灣3個主要栽培鮮食鳳梨地區調查害蟲之發生種類,結果顯示鳳梨嫡粉介殼蟲[Dysmicoccus brevipes (Cockerell)]為最主要發生之害蟲,另發現椰子盾介殼蟲(Diaspis boisduvalii Signoret)、菝契黑圓盾介殼蟲[Melanaspis smilacis (Comstock)]及台灣黃毒蛾[Porthesia taiwana (Shiraki)]等3種新紀錄害蟲。分析鳳梨嫡粉介殼蟲族群於鳳梨園中呈現聚集型分布,發現於鳳梨果實形成後,聚集部位以果實基部為主,且與果實可溶性固形物含量呈正相關(r = 0.62, P < 0.0001)。檢測50%撲滅松乳劑、50%芬殺松乳劑及40.8%陶斯松乳劑等早期推薦之防治藥劑及2%農皂、90%葵無露、60%大豆油乳化劑及99%窄域油等4種油類資材,對鳳梨嫡粉介殼蟲之防治效果,顯示經兩次施藥後至第21d調查,3種原推薦藥劑均仍有良好之防治成效,惟4種油類資材之防治效果則與無施藥處理間差異不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | Surveys of insect pests on pineapple were carried out from 2010 to 2012 in three major pineapple cultivation areas in Taiwan. The results showed that pink pineapple mealybug [Dysmicoccus brevipes (Cockerell)] occurred more frequently than the other insect species, and three species of insect pests, boisduval scale (Diaspis boisduvalii Signoret), smilax scale [Melanaspis smilacis (Comstock)] and Taiwan tussock moth [Porthesia taiwana (Shiraki)] were newly recorded on pineapple in Taiwan. By analyzing the pattern of spatial distribution of pink pineapple mealybug, results showed that it was an aggregative type of insect in the field. Its population mainly concentrated on the basal part of pineapple, and was positively correlated with the soluble solid contents on different parts of fruit. The control efficacy of three chemicals, namely, 50% Fenitrothion EC, 50% Fenthion EC and 40.8% Chlorpyrifos EC, that were recommended for pink pineapple mealybug in the earlier time remained effective in this study. These chemicals effectively controlled the insect on the 21th day after the second application. However, four non-synthetic chemicals adopted in this study, 2% coconut oil, 90% sunflower oil, 60% soybean oil and 99% mineral oil, had no effect on pest control. |
