中文摘要 | 臺灣早期辦理農地重劃時,僅著眼於農路交通運輸,農田可順利灌溉及排水,當時 並無植栽綠化的觀念。自民國81 年起,政府於農地重劃區試辦農路植栽綠化,之後於 重劃區內規劃公共設施用地-紀念碑周圍、排水堤岸等增設綠美化設施,以增加農地綠 覆面積。本文以民國101 年辦理嘉義縣6 區之早期農地重劃區農水路改善工程先期規劃 地區為案例,利用綠覆面、綠覆率及二氧化碳固定量的觀念,以量化探討重劃農路改善 前後公共設施部分之綠化增加值。經改善後,各區之綠覆率及二氧化碳固定量均提高, 其中,綠覆率以蒜頭(六)區最高為8.16%,二氧化碳固定量則以安和(九)最高為 564600kg,另6 區改善前總和為163200kg,改善後為1898400kg,約增加11.6 倍,估 算二年後增加為5242500kg,約增加176%;因此,廣為推廣於臺灣農村地區之植栽,建 立農路綠廊道,將可間接影響臺灣的微氣候環境。 |
英文摘要 | There is no planting sense, just focus on farm road, drainage and irrigation improvement works in earlier farm land consolidation. The vegetation has being planted at the agriculture roadside, around the memorial and in the drainage embankment since 1992. The purpose of this article is to analyze the area and ratio of green cover, the carbon dioxide fixation (TCO2), and to discuss increase value of vegetation for 6 areas earlier farm land consolidation of Chia-Yi County in 2002. These results of cases study are as follows. The green cover rate and TCO2 are raised in 6 construction zone after improvement. The green cover rate is the highest (8.16%) in Xiwan-Tou (6) zone, and TCO2 is the highest (564600kg) in An-Hao (9) zone. The total carbon dioxide fixation of non-improvement is 163200kg, and after improvement is 1898400kg that will increase about 11.6 times. TCO2 is estimated 5242500kg after two years that will increase about 176%. In order to establish the green corridors farm roads, the planting will be popularized in farmland consolidation and ecological environment will be established in Taiwan’s rural area. |
