| 中文摘要 | 校園閒置空間再利用具有提昇教育品質、永續經營之特性,因此本文採用SWOT 分析與標竿學習法,建立適用於校園閒置空間再利用之規劃模式。首先以SWOT 分析進行學校內、外部環境檢視,掌握規劃之策略。以教育部特優案例為學習資料庫,歸納分析學校類型與關鍵成功因子,作為規劃學校之標竿。本文以彰化縣馬興國小為案例,成功整合互動關係人之意見,驗證此一簡便及有效之成功模式,可提供國內校園閒置空間規劃之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The reuse of school vacant spaces was to promote educational qualities and sustainable management. Thus, the article adopted SWOT analysis and benchmarking to set a planning model suitable for the reuse of school vacant spaces. First, SWOT analysis examined the inner and outer school environments to command school planning strategies. Excellent cases of Ministry of Education were included in the learning database to plan and analysis school types and key success factors as benchmarks of school planning. The article took Ma-Sing elementary school in Changhua County as an example and integrated the opinions of interaction relatives successfully to verify the convenient and useful success model. The article can provide references for the planning of school vacant spaces. |
