中文摘要 | 目的:依據基本心理需求理論 (Ryan & Deci, 2000),本研究目的在檢定基本心理需求中介知覺體育教師自主性支持對主觀活力的預測。方法:參與者為816位修習專科學校體育課程的女性學生,皆填寫一組有關教師自主性支持、基本心理需求滿意度和主觀活力的量表,主要統計方法為簡單迴歸分析和多元階層迴歸分析。結果:研究結果顯示知覺自主性支持對主觀活力的預測受到基本心理需求的部份中介。結論:根據結果本研究認為體育教師應鼓勵學生積極參與課程內容的決策,學生就能在體育課中感覺到較高的主觀活力。 |
英文摘要 | Based on Basic Psychological Needs Theory (Ryan & Deci, 2000a), the present study were aimed to examine the mediation of basic psychological needs on perceived autonomy support in predicting subjective vitality. Eight hundred and sixteen young Taiwan college students in physical education were recruited. The measurement, such as Perceived Autonomy Support Questionnaire, Basic Need Satisfaction Scale, and Subjective Vitality Scale, were used. Main statistic methods were multiple simultaneous regression and multiple hierarchical regression. Results showed the prediction of perceived autonomy support on subjective vitality was partially mediated by satisfaction of needs for autonomy, competence and relatedness, and subjective vitality. According to these results, PE teachers may encourage their students more actively participate the decisions of curriculum contents, and then the students in PE may feel higher subjective vitality. |
