| 英文摘要 | Place attachment is realized as sentimental connection with the interaction with certain places, which has become an important issue in environmental psychological, geographical, and recreational research. In response to this research concern, this study aimed to explore the place attachment to nostalgic restaurants in Taiwan, by means of a structured questionnaire and a convenience sampling method, and to extract its compositional factors and features from analyzing the interactions between the customers and the nostalgic restaurants. The study results concluded that the place attachment consisted of three major factors: rural characteristics, the recognition of traditional artifact, and the sensation toward the nostalgic decorative setup. The significant factor fell on the customer recognition to the nostalgic artifact of the 1960s and 1970s displayed in the restaurants; in addition, the key dependent factor expressed the customers’ familiarity with nostalgic restaurants. |
