中文摘要 | 目前國內技職院校推動校外實習的目的在於落實「無縫接軌」與「畢業即就業」的教學目標。然而 在面對眾多的實習場所當中,學生實習滿意度不僅可以各科系未來挑選實習場所的依據之外,亦可影響 學生日後是否進入休閒相關職場的意願。另一方面,學生對於實習企業的品牌一致性強弱,也將影響其 實習的滿意度與就業意願。因此本研究以209 份國內休閒技職院校學生為例,探討企業的品牌一致性、 實習滿意度與就業意願之間的關聯性,進而做為各科系未來慎選實習場所及改善學生實習機制的參考。 實證分析發現:品牌一致性會正向影響實習滿意度與就業意願。而實習滿意度並未能顯著影響就業意願。 最後本研究提出幾項結論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | At present, those technical and vocational schools around the island, implementing off-campus internship, is to fulfill the teaching objective of “seamless integration” and “graduation guarantee employment”. Among lots of internship places they face, the students’ internship satisfaction will not only be used as a criteria for their future selection of internship places, but also influences his/her willingness to enter whether the leisure-related workplace or not. On the other hand, student’s cognition strength of corporate brand consistency will also have an impact on internship satisfaction and employment intention. Based on 209 valid respondents of technical and vocational schools, our paper therefore aims to explore the relationship among brand consistency, internship satisfaction and employment intention, thereby serving as a reference for selection of internship places as well as improvement of internship mechanism. Empirical results indicate that brand consistency would positive influence internship satisfaction and employment intention whereas internship satisfaction cannot significantly impact employment intention. Finally this paper ends with some conclusions and suggestions. |
