中文摘要 | 電子攻擊(Electronic Attack, EA)技術不論是遮蔽式的雜波干擾或是欺騙式的角度、距離閘、速度閘干擾都需要將仿冒的信號放大後再對威脅來向發射回去,因而寬頻微波高功率放大器(High Power Amplifier, HPA)就成了電子戰系統的核心關鍵元件。除了電子戰系統外,它同時也被廣泛運用在雷達、衛星通信、誘標、飛彈尋標器上。傳統的寬頻高功率放大器大都採用集中式的行波管放大器(Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier, TWTA),不但價格高、體積及重量大,且因係集中式,一旦故障將完全喪失功能;近代世界先進國家,設計雷達、通信、與電子戰系統時則改採離散式的、體積與重量巨幅縮裝的「先進寬頻微波功率模組」(Broad band Microwave Power Module, MPM),它被稱為「超元件」,是射頻功率放大器劃時代的革命創新產品,除了應用在相控陣列雷達外,也安裝在空間與重量嚴苛限制的飛機、無人飛機、預警偵查氣球/飛船、飛彈、與人造衛星上。 |
英文摘要 | There are two types of radar jamming:brutal (noise) jamming and deception. The technology of electronic attack of both jamming, such as noise and angle/range deception, need to amplify the jamming signals and retransmit back to the victims. Therefore, the broad-band RF high power amplifier (HPA) becomes the most important key component of the EW systems. Besides, it is extensively utilized in radars, satellite communication, decoys, and missile seekers. However, the traditional broad-band high power amplifiers have demerit of huge volume, heavy weight, and high cost. In addition, most of the traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTA) are adopted centralized configuration. Once a failure occurs, the system will lose all the functions. On the contrary, the broad-band microwave power modules (MPM) are always designed with distributed configuration in a complex system. Consequently, even lots of failures occurred, but the performance is just degrading. The highly miniaturized MPM with volume and weight reduction dramatically and significantly are thought as "supercomponent" of HPA. Theses revolutionary modules are designed and used as core bricks of modern advanced radar systems, communication systems and EW systems. Except the application in phase array radar, the MPMs are also installed on the space and weight highly restricted platforms such as AEA, UAVs, early warning balloons/ airships, missiles, and satellites |
