中文摘要 | 系統性地發掘有潛力技術機會,能降低技術創新系統演化時的不確定性因素,對系統的正向循環有所助益。科學知識的進步為技術開啓新的可能,產業內外技術的進步與回饋也都提供新的技術機會。有鑒於科學知識與技術知識相互為用並彼此互補,但科學與技術之間存在的缺口卻阻礙技術機會的發掘,本研究於是提出利用文件探勘的方法分析科學和技術文獻中非結構性文字,判斷當前的科學領域與技術領域,根據兩領域的缺口萃取出潛在的技術機會。丁醇已成為國際上深具潛能的生質燃料,且目前仍為新興的研究領域,故本研究以生質丁醇作為研究分析的對象,並根據結果建議生質丁醇能源潛在的研發方向,幫助我國企業與學研組織掌握生質丁醇技術系統演化的方向,及早佈局符合自身核心能耐的技術。 |
英文摘要 | Uncovering potential technological opportunities systematically can reduce the uncertainties during the evolution of a technological innovation system, which leading the system to a positive cycle. Advances in scientific knowledge, technological advances and feedback from outside and inside the industry are sources of technological opportunities. The interaction between scientific and technological knowledge facilitates exploration of new technological opportunities; however, gaps between them typically impede exploration of these opportunities. Therefore, this study proposes to explore potential technological opportunities by mining and uncovering the gaps between scientific and technological documents. Biobutanol is an emerging technology with high potential market, so this study applies the proposed methods to explore the technological opportunities of biobutanol. After obtaining the results, this study suggests the R&D directions of biobutanol for research institutions and firms in Taiwan, assuring them to realize evolutions of technological innovation system of biobutanol and to allocate resources into the fields which fit their core competence. |
