中文摘要 | 宋麗玉發展增權量表包含「自我效能與內控」、「外在掌控力」、「人際溝通技巧」、「人際自我肯定」、「社會自我肯定」、「社會政治資源與影響」、「社會政治權能」與「社會政治行動」等8個因素和34題項,考量宋麗玉發展之增強權能量表題項過多而造成實務應用上的限制,故本研究之目的在於精簡宋 麗玉之增強權能量表以形成短式權能量表。依據相關文獻及研究,將增強權能分為個人、人際與社會政治等三個層次,經LISREL8.72版本進行驗證式因素分析,以12個模式適配指標評估整體模式適配度,發現簡約為9個觀察變項的三因子之模式可以接受,相較八因子及其他三因子模式,其適配指標最具有優越性。至於模式結構內在適合度方面,三因子與八因子模式的組合信度均大於0.6,三因子模式之平均變異萃取量較八因子模式接近大於0.5之標準,故三因子模式的結構內在適合度較八因子模式為佳。綜上顯示,本研究簡約得出之9個觀察變項的三因子模式權能量表,可作為短式權能量表,以提供實務工作評估之實質助益。 |
英文摘要 | The empowerment scale developed by Li-yu Song is composed of 34-item and eight factors which are “self-efficacy and internal control”, “external locus of control”, “interpersonal skills”, “interpersonal self-affirmation”, “social self-affirmation”, “social and political resources and influence”, “social and political empowerment” and “social and political action”. However, with too many items, it’s limited to apply to social work practice efficiently. The aim of this study is to simplify the empowerment scale developed by Li-yu Song to form short form. Based on relevant literatures and researches, the concept of empowerment consists of three levels: personal, interpersonal and political. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed by means of the statistic software LISREL version 8.72. Evaluating the overall fit of the model with 12 goodness-of-fit indexes, the results demonstrated that the three factors model (9-item) fit well. Comparing to the eight factors model and other three factors models, it showed the most proper model fit. In addition, evaluating fit of internal structural of model, the composite reliability of three factors model and the eight factors model are greater than 0.6. Both of them are with the average variance extracted (AVE) below 0.5 but the AVE of the three factors model is nearer 0.5. Thus, the three factors model (9-item) is fit better than other models. To sum up, the three factors model (9-item) can develop the short form and an efficient tool in assessment for the practitioners. |
