中文摘要 | 我國一直以來對於住宅能耗缺乏全面,以及具有代表性之統計,以致於難以與國際進行比較,進一了解住宅部門用電量之優劣。缺乏基礎統計資料為指引,住宅部門相關節能政策,以及成效也難以具體落實以及衡量。本研究藉由住宅大規模調查提出我國住宅部門之平均用電量為1,440度/年、平均EUI(Energy Use Intensity)為48.1 kWh/m^2/年,並針對六大類型建築物(傳統式農村住宅、獨棟式住宅、雙併式住宅、連棟式住宅,以及公寓或大廈住宅)提出電力分配於冷氣、照明、電視、冰箱等之比重,以了解我國住宅部門各式不同建築物之能源使用特性,並做為我國擬定住宅節能政策之指引。 |
英文摘要 | Because of lack residential sector energy consumption statistical data, it's very difficult to compare energy saving effect with others countries. It makes the energy saving policy and effect of residential sector is difficult to be execution in Taiwan. According to the residential sector, the study offered that the average electricity are 1,441 kWh/year and the average EUI (Energy Use Intensity) are 48.1 kWh/m^2/year. In order to understand the electricity consumption in different type building in residential sector, and to be the guide of formulate relative policy in Taiwan. The research supply six types buildings electricity application (traditional country house, detached house, semi-detached house, Row house, and apartment), to propose the fraction of electricity disstribution among air condition, lighting, television, refrigerator, etc. in order to understand the electricity consumption of different types of building in residential sector so as to serve as aguigeline for our national policy formulation relating to residential energy. |
