| 中文摘要 | 最近這幾年來,青少年的身心發展狀況不容樂觀,根據不同的太極拳運動研究證實,其具有良好的輔助身心發展之功能。所以本研究從運動社會學的角度來剖析太極拳運動之特質,進而闡述太極拳運動對青少年身心發展之影響。目的:本研究旨在探討太極拳運動的特質及其對青少年身心發展之影響,以期許為太極拳運動的研究提供一些理論基礎。方法:本研究採用文獻分析法,蒐集太極拳運動相關資料與過去的研究成果來做為本研究推論之依據,並將所得文獻資料加以歸納、整理、分析及統計檢定之前、後測檢定來探討本研究之主題。結果:透過文獻探討發現,太極拳運動對其青少年身心發展之影響中,有學者證實對心理失衡者,具有修心養性之功能。另其他學者也證實,大量做沉思與冥想或者安靜的休息都具有促進心理健康的效果。還有其他學者研究發現與證實,從事體育活動的實驗組,其自尊測量得分高於不從事體育活動的控制組1.5個標準差,實驗組與控制組兩者之間具有統計顯著性的差異。另外在團體所進行的體育鍛鍊對心理健康有更為正面的功能,且對其生理健康構面也具有顯著性的效果。結論:太極拳運動對其青少年身心健康發展構面。一、可提供青少年社會規範教育的輔助場所。二、可以促進青少年良好的個性形成與發展。三、可以改善和強化青少年的體質。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the recent years, the physical and mental development of the youth is very pessimistic,according to the different Taijiquan sport research, it is verified that, Taijiquan sport has the positive function to improve the physical and mental development of the youth. The research objective: This research is focused on studying the charisteristics of Taijiquan sport and its influence to the mental development of the youth, the research is expecting to provide the theoretical foundations to the Taijiquan sport research. The research method: This research adopts the documentary analysis method, collecting the related data of Taijiquan sport and its previous research results to be the bases of the research, and using the method of induction, analysis and the pre-post statistical hypothesis to study the main topics of the research. The research result: It is observed that regarding to the influence of Taijiquan sport to the physical and mental development of the youth, some scholars prove that, it can improve the function of the self dipciplined spirit to the psychological unbalancer. Another scholars prove either, the mass meditation or the quiet rest can improve the results of psychological health. Other scholars prove that, the self respect dimension measure scores of the experimental group to anticipate in the atheletic activity is higher than the control group of not anticipating in the atheletic activity about 1.5 standard deviation. The above experimental and control groups have the statistical significant difference. And the group of atheletic dipcipline have the positive function to the psychological health and the psysiological health. The research conclusion: (1) Taijiquan sport can provide the auxiliary function effect of the youth social norm education. (2) Taijiquan sport can improve the good personality formation and development effect of the youth. (3) Taijiquan sport can strengthen the constitution effect of the youth. |
