中文摘要 | 特殊教育學校以中重度智能障礙學生為主,學生受限於智能障礙等因素,遇到危險時往往無法隨機應變以保護自身安全,故更應重視其校園安全。藉由無線射頻識別技術的應用,能清楚掌握該校學生上下學、在校行蹤、學生體溫異常及是否進入危險區域等校園安全維護資訊,並提供教師、家長及相關人員即時訊息,以維護學生的安全。目前在台中特殊學校內已建置並測試完成相關的無線射頻識別技術硬體設施,但家長對於該系統服務之滿意度與意見則尚未建立。故本研究以問卷方式探討家長對於無線射頻識別技術管理校園安全服務之滿意度,並分析不同背景變項之家長意見的差異。本研究採用SERVQUAL量表作為問卷設計之理論依據,問卷調查採立意取樣102份問卷,有效回收問卷89份,回收率87.25%。問卷資料進行敘述統計分析、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等資料處理。研究主要結果歸納如下:一、在無線射頻識別技術服務管理校園安全的家長滿意度中,「非常滿意」(45.3%)與「滿意」(43.5%)合計為88.8%。二、在服務品質「反應性」的構面中,不同家長的教育程度具有顯著差異。三、在服務品質「有形性、可靠性、反應性、保證性及關懷性」等五項構面中,「家長整體滿意度」之相關係數均大於0.9以上,顯示其具有高度相關。四、家長背景變項與「家長整體滿意度」均無顯著差異。該研究結果可作為未來研究及學校單位採用無線射頻識別技術管理校園安全的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Even in school, danger might lurk in many places like the top floor, pools, and roads under construction…etc. Students with intellectual disability usually have limit abilities to react well and protect themselves when something might danger to them. By using the RFID, it can provide the real-time information for teachers and parents including where students are, when students leave the school and what the students’ body temperature are. Now in National Taichung Special Education School, a RFID system has been constructed to provide a service in campus safety. But there were still no response, especially in satisfaction, from parents. The aim of the study was to investigate the parents’ satisfaction of using RFID services in campus safety. The SERVQUAL scale was to use as the theoretical basis of questionnaire design. There were 102 questionnaires send to parents who were chosen in a class by random sampling and welling to respond to the questionnaires. Finally, 89 valid questionnaires, 87.25% of sent questionnaires, were collected. The results were analyzed with descriptive analysis, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis. The major findings were as following: 1. The percentage of responses, "satisfactory" and "very satisfied", in the questionnaire was reached to 88.8%. 2. There was significant difference among the educational levels of parents in the responsiveness part of service quality. 3. The Pearson’s correlation coefficient is 0.9, which means there was high correlation between the satisfaction of parents and service quality. 4. There was no significant difference between the background and the satisfaction of parents. The results might be a reference for using RFID services in campus safety in further studies. |
