中文摘要 | 本研究探討領導風格與組織公平對組織績效之影響,同時也試圖釐清組織公平在領導風格對組織績效之影響的干擾效果。以台灣中小企業製造業為主要研究對象,並指定問卷填寫人為行銷主管。在研究工具部份採用李克特式加總尺度法的五點式量表。本研究分別以因素分析、迴歸分析及AMOS軟體以線性結構模式來驗證理論模型,並以250份問卷進行實證分析,結果發現:(1)領導風格對中小企業組織績效具顯著正向影響。(2)組織公平對領導風格與組織績效之間具有正向干擾效果。最後,根據研究發現提出管理意涵與未來研究建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Leadership Styles, Motivation System and Organization Justice on Organization Performance, at the same time to clarify which levels of Organization Justice produce the stronger effect on Organization Performance. This study chooses the SMEs as the research object and the questionnaires are designated to the employees of the SMEs to test the validity of our framework. Research tool part used of Likert-type plus the total scales of the five point. Many quantitative methods, including factor analysis, regression analysis, and the theoretical model is tested with the linear structured equation modeling module in the AMOS software. A total of 250 effective questionnaires were returned. Our summary results are as follows: (1) There were significant and positive correlations between Leadership Styles and Organization Performance. (2) Organization Justice had moderating effects on the correlations between Leadership Styles and Organization Performance. Finally, according to the conceptual framework and research findings, this study draws upon some suggestions for the management policies and academic implications for future research. |
