英文摘要 | Inter-professional collaboration is the cornerstone of successful integrated care in long-term care. Three kinds of professional collaboration models and their advantages and drawbacks were introduced in this paper. In the meantime, how to operate home nutritional service in Taiwan was also illustrated in the paper. It is imperative to further promote inter-professional collaboration with the increase of long term care needs and gradually the predominant roles of professions. |
