英文摘要 | The "technique of breath nurturing" of ancient doctors is different from "food science" in today's nutrition. Its importance is self-evident. "Breathing" is the instinct of all living organism and cells. Nevertheless, due to the rapid transformation of our societies, our inner and outer ecosystems have been drastically changed. For example, "psychological" pressure causes overconsumption of our brain energies; long-term "physical fatigue" drains our vitality and gradually decreases the quality of our breath, making us bedridden with diseases. Quick or short breaths will lead to insufficiency of oxygen dose in your lungs. The electric circulation in 10 trillion cells will directly or indirectly be affected, causing chronic metabolism syndrome. This is one of the numerous major causes. The breathing chains among cells are related to the functions of cytoplasm, cell nucleus, ligand, receptor, mitochondria, and peroxisome. Our ancestors already know about the techniques of selfcultivation and breath-nurturing thousands of years ago. The author situates these techniques of breathing outside of the frontline of today's medicinal knowledge. The author use "supplementary cure" to go with self-management to educate the patients and their family, hoping to build mutual trust between the two and letting the patients to know they should also rely on themselves in addition to doctors. In the author's experience in the past 30 years, this method has produced tremendous effects. Breathing must be practiced in everyday life, and everyday life is grounded in breathing. Breathing must be refined during exercise; exercise must rely upon breathing. In a similar vein, breathing must be heeded during resting (meditation); resting (meditation) must be anchored in breathing. As soon as our consciousness is concentrated, illness will be gone and our body, mind and spirits will be rectified. |
