中文摘要 | 本文從國際運動賽會籌辦工作特性及其組織組成的臨時性,提出賽會籌辦工作所需的技巧及探討人才培育事務。首先,賽會辦理工作就如同管理一個專案,因此,應採取專案管理的觀念與技巧應用於賽會辦理。第二,來自不同單位的工作者要在賽會前及期間工作共事就必須體認溝通之重要性並學習有效的溝通技能。第三,訓練需求的分析則需依照賽會職務的工作內容並作業人才招募的重要參考。第四,訓練計劃主軸可分為「有教無類」及「因才施教」,前者重點在於職前訓練以協助人員熟悉工作環境為主,後者則是依據各職務領域要求進行專長訓練。另外,也須規劃測試賽實務供工作人員參與以作為其工作技能演練機會並進行調整。最後,本文也提出幾項建議作為賽會籌辦人力培育之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This article attempts to list the skills needed in the organizing of sporting events, as well as to investigate affairs pertaining to talent development with regards to the work characteristics of organizing an international sporting event and the interim features of such an organization committee. Firstly, the organization of such an event is similar to managing a project; therefore, project management concepts and skills are applicable. Secondly, collaborating personnel from varying sources should appreciate the importance of communication and learn effective communication skills prior to and during the games preparation phase. Thirdly, analysis of training requirements can be prioritized based on job responsibilities of games personnel and recruitment of working personnel. Fourthly, the main theme for the training program can be divided into "training for all" and "training as required". The first type of training is primarily to familiarize all personnel with the working environment; the latter is based on the professional skills required for respective work responsibilities. In addition, live test matches should be held to provide drills for working personnel and allow them to make coordination adjustments. Lastly, the article also provides some suggestions for the nurture of games organizers. |
