中文摘要 | 現代社會現象普遍出社會後,在職場競爭激烈的環境中,找出自己沒有的技能,去補習班或者社區學1校,俗稱的「非正規教育單位」加強職場優勢,本研究探討「非正規教育單位」的學習成效找出3 個構面跟11 項準則結構,並應用決策試驗與實驗法 (DEMATEL) 建構非正規教育單位學習成效評價體系之結構模型相互影響程度及重要性程度。該非正規教育單位學習成效評價模型可以提供培訓者找出影響因素並且加以改善,實證分析結果顯示「工作環境因素」是總影響源,而「培訓課程實施因素」是最終被影響源。 |
英文摘要 | Phenomenon of modern society in general to the community in the highly competitive workplace environment, to find out he did not have the skills to go to cram or community schools, called “non-formal education unit” to enhance the career advantages, this study explores the “non-formal education unit” learning outcomes to identify the structure of the three dimensions and eleven criteria, and application of decision-making test and the experimental method (the DEMATEL) construction of non-formal education unit to study the structural model of the effectiveness of the evaluation system of mutual influence the extent and importance of the degree. The non-formal education unit learning out comes evaluation model can provide training to find out the influencing factors and to improve the empirical results show that the total impact of the source of the “work environment factors”, and “Training curriculum implementation factors” eventually affecting the source. |
