| 英文摘要 | The application of dense loading technology can maximize catalyst performance in the reactor by increasing catalyst loading quantities, improving gas/liquid distribution, avoiding local differential pressure built-up and hot spot formation. It is the easiest and the most beneficial way to increase processing capacity or extend operation cycle length for a unit. Excellent dense loading technology should show performance features including flat loading surface control, reducing catalyst damage/dusting, high loading speed and uniform loading density.This article introduces the different dense loading technologies that have been used in CPC RDS units. By the experience of CPC Kaohsiung RDS unit and catalyst supplier, the performance of these dense loading technologies has been evaluated and as the reference for choosing technologies in CPC RDS units' Dense Loading application. |
