中文摘要 | 本試驗探討不同季節及LED光質對四個品種芹菜(青管、青葉白管、田尾黃心、芹菜管)種子發芽之影響。秋季芹菜種子發芽率低,唯青管(日光燈17.3%)、芹菜管(日光燈20%)芹菜種子總發芽率高於對照組(黑暗8.8%),其他光質處理則低於對照組(黑暗)或與對照組(黑暗)沒有顯著差異。冬季青葉白管(紅光63%、綠光63.3%、粉紅光63.5%及日光燈65.8%)芹菜種子總發芽率大於對照組(黑暗55.5%),冬季芹菜管(紅光71.8%、冷白光71.8%及日光燈73.3%)之種子總發芽率與對照組(黑暗60.8%)有顯著差異,其日光燈處理對四種芹菜種子發芽較佳;秋季藍光對四種芹菜品種之種子總發芽率最差。冬季四個芹菜品種之種子發芽勢(前10天)明顯高於夏季約20~50%,芹菜種子平均發芽天數冬季比夏季快5~7天,青葉白管、田尾黃心及芹菜管芹菜種子發芽在季節、光質、季節與光質間之交感作用均有顯著的影響芹菜種子發芽,但溫度在芹菜種子發芽上比光質扮演更重要且關鍵的角色。 |
英文摘要 | The experiments were studied on the effect of different season and light-emitting diodes light on the seeds germination of 4 celery cultivars (Apium graveolens cv. Ching-guan, Ching-ye-bai-guan, Tain-wei-huang-shin and Chin-tsai-guan) in Taiwan. 'Ching-guan' (17.3%) and 'Chin-tsai-guan' (20%) celery had higher total seed germination percentage under the white fluorescent light treatment than control (dark 8.8%) in fall. And other light treatments had significant difference or no significant difference compared with control. 'Ching-ye-bai-guan' celery had higher total seed germination percentage than control (dark 55.5%) under red light 63%, green light 63.3%, pink light 63.5% and white fluorescent light 65.8% treatments in winter. 'Chin-tsai-guan' celery had significant difference in total seed germination percentage compared with control (60.8%) under red light (71.8%), cool white light (71.8%) and white fluorescent light (73.3%) treatments. The better seeds germination in 4 cultivars (Ching-guan, Ching-ye-bai-guan, Tain-wei-huang-shin and Chin-tsai-guan) were enhanced under white fluorescent light treatment. The same effect on seeds germination was shown in some light, as the WFL treatment in 'Ching-ye-bai-guan' and 'Chin-tsai-guan' cultivars. No seed germination were shown 0% under blue light in 4 celery cultivars in fall. Germination vigor (before 10 days) of celery seeds in winter were higher (20~50%) than fall in 4 celery cultivars. The average days of seed germination were faster in winter than in fall about 5~7 days. Season, light, the interaction of season and light had significant effect on the seed germination of celery in 4 celery cultivars. But the temperature play more important in celery seeds germination than light, light treatment become accessory effect to the temperature. |
