中文摘要 | 本專案主旨,是運用5S精神及環境改善之巧思,進而縮短護理人員儀器取用時間,以提升儀器取用便利性之滿意度。依臨床年資分佈隨機抽查10位同仁取用儀器現況,發現約一半之同 仁耗費時間大於120秒,且對於儀器取用便利性之整體滿意度只有27.3%。經分析後,發現問題為:(1)儀器擺放凌亂且阻礙通路;(2)延長線凌亂無固定;(3)儀器擺放密集阻礙拿取;(4)儀器擺放空間無規劃;(5)儀器擺放及歸放無分類;(6)常用與不常用儀器無分開;(7)儀器缺乏圖片標示。將臨床確認之問題融合5S管理要素(整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、教養)進行改善。對於儀器取用便利性之整體滿意度,提升為95.5%,取用儀器的時間縮短為19.3秒,達到改善之目標。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this project was to utilize 5s strategies and the concept of environmental improvement to shorten the time of nurses took instruments and improve the convenience of taking instruments. The results of survey indicated that about half of nurses had to take more than 120 seconds to access instruments, and only 27.3 percent of they felt satisfied with convenience of taking instruments. Fishbone diagram was analyzed, and the solutions were identified with 5s management elements: (1) classifying the instruments to nimbly use space; (2) positioning and labeling the instruments (3) maintaining the storage room and the path clean and tidy (4) checking regularly the correct placement of the instruments; (5) implementing the spirit of quality maintenance. After implementation of this project, 95.5% of nurses felt satisfied, and the time was decreased from 120 seconds to 19.3 seconds. |
