中文摘要 | 汞的高毒性和累積性對人體與土壤環境會造成很大的威脅,有關土壤中汞的偵測與研究是非常重要的課題。本研究以不同烷銨插層黏土礦物修飾電極搭配不同設定條件之電化學方法對土壤汞離子進行偵測,並探討其與汞分析儀偵測結果之關係,以及研究不同配位基對電化學分析汞離子之影響。結果指出,十四碳烷銨插層多鐵蒙特石鍍金修飾電極在階梯電位8 mV、頻率20 Hz及預濃縮電位-0.8 V之條件下對0-250μg L^(-1) Hg(II)有較好的偵測靈敏度與線性關係。以土壤抽出液標準添加0-100μg L^(-1) Hg(II)所測得之標準曲線的方法最低偵測極限(MDL)為5μg L^(-1),對土壤汞離子所能測得的最低偵測極限為0.05 mg kg^(-1),以其對土壤二價汞所測得結果和汞分析儀測得之土壤總汞量間有一正相關關係。電化學分析方法也可用於探討配位基及腐植酸對汞離子之鉗合速率。 |
英文摘要 | High toxicity and accumulation of mercury are a large threat to the human body and soil environment. It is thus an important task to determine and study soil mercury. We report the application of different alkylammonium-intercalated clay-modified electrodes for the electroanalysis of mercury ion. We compare the analytical results of soil samples between our method and the traditional instrument and further study the effect of ligand in the electroanalysis of mercury ion. A positive relationship between our method and the traditional instrument verified the applicability of the proposed method. Our results also indicate gold-plated 14C alkylammonium-intercalated ferruginous smectite-modified electrodes show good sensitivity and a linear relationship for 0 ~ 250μg L^(-1) Hg(II) under step potential 8 mV, frequency 20 Hz and preconcentration potential -0.8 V with a method detection limit of 5μg L^(-1) for the soil extraction solution, and that had the lowest detection limit (0.050 mg kg^(-1)) for experimental soils. A positive relationship could be obtained from the comparison between the soil mercury(II) of electroanalysis and the total soil mercury of the mercury instrument. In the future, we could study the chelating rate of ligands and humic acid on mercury ion using electrochemical methods. |
