中文摘要 | C/SSCI和T/SSCI是中國大陸和臺灣各自研製和適用的期刊分級標準,其對學術生產的影響正負兼有。臺灣學術期刊分級雖因其弊而飽受攻訐,但就其對學術成果檔次的提升與學術生態的改善而言,大陸學術期刊分級制的改進空間更大。本研究以為,臺灣學術生產有著程式化、規範化、嚴謹、公正、彌封的匿名審查制度,這恰是大陸學術評價中值得參考的。且在堅持和改進期刊分級評價標準的同時,大陸學術界更應當回歸本真的同行評議,盡可能做到量化評價與質化評價的統一和互補,以改善學術生產環境,促進學術成果品質的提升。 |
英文摘要 | C/SSCI and T/SSCI are two ranking systems for academic journals developed in Mainland China and Taiwan respectively. They have generated positive and negative impacts on academic production. The ranking criteria have provoked critiques for its shortcoming in Taiwan, but for its effects on promoting academic achievement and improving the academic ecology, the Mainland China's ranking criteria requires much more improvement. In this study, we think the fact that Taiwan's journal articles have to go through a procedural, standard, rigorous, impartial and anonymous review system to be published is precisely worth consideration by mainland China's academia. To improve the journal ranking system, mainland Chinese academics should return to a real peer review practice and pursue the integrity of quantitative and qualitative evaluations so as to improve the entire academic production environment and promote the quality of academic works. |
