中文摘要 | 在相關的專利研究中,運用專家系統協助專利分析乃日漸受到重視。本研究建構二維近似空間判讀系統,藉以協助決策者進行專利分析。作者採用此一系統在實際的設計專案上,協助廠商進行設計方案可專利性的評估。本研究以專家系統的概念,建置二維近似空間判讀系統。本系統可作為企業進行研發時專利管理之用。企業採用二維近似空間判讀系統,將可了解競爭對手的專利壓迫程度。二維近似空間判讀系統有利於企業監控該產業具有威脅性的專利。使企業在設計開發時,即時進行設計修正與專利迴避。企業亦可運用此系統,分析所屬產業的專利權分布狀態,藉以協助企業訂定專利布局策略。 |
英文摘要 | Among the research on patents, patent analyses with Expert System have gradually been emphasized. A Two-Dimensional Approximate Space Interpretation System is established for decision-makers to proceed with patent analyses. Applying this system to the real design project, the author assists the manufacturer to evaluate the patentability of the design project. Based on Expert System, the Two-Dimensional Approximate Space Interpretation System, which could help enterprises understand the patent oppression from competitors and monitor the threatening patents in the industry, is established for enterprises to make a good patent management when proceeding design revision and patent around during research and development. Moreover, enterprises could apply such a system to analyze the distribution of patents in the industry for patent planning strategies. |
