中文摘要 | 隨著經濟發展社會的貧富差距日益擴大,關注弱勢族群權益等議題越顯重要。在教育機會均等的精神下,扶助弱勢學生為當前教育政策重點。弱勢家庭在文化不利或資源限制之下,對於其子女的撫育與教導較無法提供良好完整的照顧,惟有透過教育才能啟發弱勢孩子的潛能,跨越家庭弱勢的鴻溝,創造屬於自己的人生。本文先探討現今弱勢學生教育扶助相關問題及學校經營策略,再針對個案學校背景及辦學實況進行探究,並提出具體建議,希冀藉由個案學校的經營歷程能喚起大眾對於弱勢族群教育的重視並對於國內同屬弱勢學校之經營發展有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | It is getting more and more important to help the disadvantaged groups while the poverty gap is getting worsening. In the spirit of equal opportunities in education, to help disadvantaged students is the current education priority. Due to limited resources and cultural difference, disadvantaged families are usually unable to provide full care for their children. Education is only way to help those kids who are under the disadvantaged situation, to inspire their potential, and to change their life. This article probes the current issues related to disadvantaged students and strategies of school management. It not only analyzes several school background and facts but also makes specific recommendations. These case studies provide practical strategies for other schools that confront with similar problems. Hope this case will attract public attention toward disadvantaged groups'needs. |
