中文摘要 | 近年來動力型鋰離子電池在性能、安全、管理等技術的不斷提升下,已成為電動車輛最佳的蓄電元件。但囿於其高建置成本電動車輛仍面臨難以普及化的障礙。本研究提出以鋰電池組全壽期應用,藉區分『新品車用』、『汰役再轉用』及『資源回收』等三階段,配以『電池租賃、回收再製』之經營模式,於三階段中產生長期穩定之獲利。除可攤銷鋰電池組高成本外,進而能提高電動車輛市場滲透率。並藉研發「汰役車用鋰電池組再轉用技術」,重製翻新經篩選之優質淘汰鋰電池組,再轉用於「再生能源發電系統」,以此降低整體系統成本,有效促進再生能源使用率。更能強化鍊結「電動車輛」與「再生能源發電系統」兩大綠色產業,其“產業前景與環保價值”實難以估計。 |
英文摘要 | Under the unceasing progresses in the technologies of performance, safety and management, the power-type lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries have recently become the optimal energy-storage component for electric vehicles (EVs). The high costs of Li-ion battery, however, still hinder EVs from market acceptance. In this research, a creative concept, the entire lifespan application of an EV Li-ion battery pack, was proposed. This entire lifespan application is divided into three stages, i.e. new batteries for EV, used ones for repurposing, and scrap ones for recycling. Additionally collocating a business model of great originality, "leasing, re-collecting, and re-fabricating EV Li-ion battery packs". Expectedly, the long-term and stable profits can be earned from those three stages. Exclusive of enabling to apportion the high costs of Li-ion battery pack to its entire workable service life. Both concept and business model can help to even increase the EV market shares. Further, by developing "the repurposing technologies for retired EV Li-ion battery packs" to re-fabricate and renovate the sieved used Li-ion battery packs, they can be repurposed to the power-generation system using renewable energies for reducing the costs of this system. Consequently, the utility rate of renewable energies will be promoted; the stronger links between both green industries, EVs and power-generation systems using renewable energies, can be formed. Apparently, the industry prospects and the environmental values of these repurposing technologies will be inestimable. |
