| 英文摘要 | Looking over the past is a useful way in preparing for our future footsteps. This article reviews the progress of principals’ professional development over the last decade, from the development of the conceptual framework to the implementation of professional development activities for pre-principalship training, certification of principalship, support to beginning principals, continuing professional development of serving principals and the latest move towards the training of middle managers, all of which are aimed at further enhancing the leading capacity of the senior management teams in schools in evolving dynamic and responsible learning communities that would enable every student to achieve whole-person development. |
