中文摘要 | 本研究運用能力集合擴展概念,視一生產系統中所有生產程序為解決產品製造問題所需的能力集合,依據生產規劃所需考量的目標分別提出三項產品生產程序規劃模型:單一產品之生產程序規劃模型、多廠合作之生產程序規劃模型以及技術水準最佳化之生產程序規劃模型。此外,本研究求解生產程序規劃模型之多重解,以提昇生產程序規劃的彈性。本研究之主要貢獻為:(1) 運用能力集合擴展方法以解決產品生產程序規劃問題;(2)求解三項生產程序規劃模型之多重解並以推導圖呈現所得之結果。研究結果顯示所提出的方法確實可有效解決生產程序規劃問題,並找出所有的最佳生產程序以增加使用上的彈性,推導圖所呈現之結果更進一步強化使用的方便性,範例說明也驗證了所提方法之正確性與可行性。 |
英文摘要 | This study utilizes competence set expansion to solve production process planning problems by treating all production skills as the competence set of the production system. Aimed at different objectives, three models are formulated such as manufacturing cost minimization model, production collaboration model of multi-plant facility and multi-level skill model of manufacturing process optimization. Furthermore, multiple solutions of the problems are derived to find out all alternative manufacturing processes. The main contributions of this study include applying competence set expansion to solve production process planning problems, obtaining multiple optimal solutions of the constructed models and visualizing the obtained results by deduction graphs. The research results reveal that the proposed method can effectively solve the production process planning problems and get all optimal production processes. The deduction graph also enhances the usability of the presented method. Moreover, several examples are used to illustrate the correctness and usefulness of the proposed methods. |
